Dr. Kayla Libby
She graduated with distinction from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2014, where she gained a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care and earned the “High Quality Care Given in a Caring Manner” award. In addition to providing compassionate care, she takes a modern approach to dentistry by using advanced dental techniques and technology. Her goal is to ensure every visit is a positive experience and to have you looking and feeling your best when you leave.
Dr. Libby has resided in the Chisago City and Forest Lake area for over 20 years and enjoys treating her patients as if they were members of her own family. She also appreciates the creative side of dentistry, in which she connects with her patients to tailor their dental care according to their unique needs and goals. When out of the clinic, she continues to tap into her creative side by painting artwork. She also enjoys the great Minnesota outdoors with her husband and three young daughters.

I have been in dentistry for 32 years, most of which I have spent as a dental hygienist and advanced dental therapist. I have worked with Dr. Libby for over 8 years. What is an Advanced Dental Therapist? I am much like a physician assistant, but in the dental field. I can complete your dental exam, treat decay with fillings, complete some tooth extractions, as well as other procedures. If an emergency comes up, I can help you with that too. I enjoy treating patients of all ages and I am looking forward to meeting you!
Outside of dentistry, I value spending time with my family and grandkids. We enjoy summer boating and fishing together. We especially love winter and getting out on our snowmobiles. You can also find me getting creative as I make homemade greeting cards and other crafts in my spare time.

I specialize in preventative care, including routine cleanings, periodontal therapy, and patient education tailored to your unique needs. Hello, I’m Sheleen! With over 19 years of experience as a hygienist and 17 years as a dental assistant, I am dedicated to helping you achieve a healthy, confident smile. I strive to provide gentle, personalized care from routine cleanings to periodontal therapy. I have a few tips and methods I can share to help you maintain your oral health at home as well. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel empowered and informed about your dental care.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the open road with my husband on our motorcycle and spending time with my grandkids. I also enjoy being creative with a good DIY project. I’m excited to be part of your oral health journey and can’t wait to help you smile brighter every day!

Hi, I am Annette! I have worked as an assistant at this office for over 25 years and I have enjoyed giving a personalized experience for each patient. I really enjoy talking with my patients and getting to know everyone more; they really are like family around here. I like to make sure everyone knows what to expect during their appointments and do what I can to keep them comfortable every step of the way. I especially enjoy helping with children in the clinic; we keep them comfy and happy! During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, volunteering at church, horseback riding, four-wheeling, camping, skiing and playing with my granddaughter. I love to stay busy!
